Most of the photographs at this site were made by myself while traveling in parts of the former Roman Empire around the Mediterenian Sea. Over the years I've been fortunate to see the ruins of many ancients cities, especially those located  in Turkey. This gallery is still in its infancy but I hope you'll enjoy this testfase. The pictures are still incomplete and roughly catagorised. It is my purpose to add later some specific comments with the particullar pictures.
